  1. Preheat your oven to 180°c (356°F)
  2. Mix quark, cheese (leave about 20g for later), Parmesan and eggs. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Form two round puddles of that mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 15mins
  4. Chop the scallions
  5. Put creme fraiche, diced bacon, scallions and the remaining cheese on the tartes
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the tartes start turning brown
