Sweet Cinnamon Pork Rinds

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 110°c / 225°F
  2. Pour your pork rinds into a bowl
  3. Mix the sweetener and the cinnamon
  4. Melt the butter and add the vanilla extract to the butter
  5. Pour the butter and the cinnamon-sweetener mix over the pork rinds and stir them up
  6. Distribute them over a baking pan (maybe use some parchment paper)
  7. Bake them for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let them cool down and store them in an airtight container.
