Ingredients
- 2 cans drained Alaskan Wild Salmon
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup full cream
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro/parsley mix
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese
- 1.5 sticks of butter
Directions
- Mix all except Cheese, Salmon and Butter.
- Chunk up Salmon with a fork and fold into mixture last.
- Place casserole dish with butter into 350° F oven.
- After melting butter, pour salmon mixture into pan and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes and enjoy with more butter on top.
