Russian Olive Salad

  1. Cut the boiled chicken breast into cube-shaped pieces.
  2. Cut the black olives in half. If using large shrimp, cut them in half as well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, shrimp, olives, and capers.
  4. Add the sour cream and mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Mix again prior to serving.
