A very quick and simple high fat lemon sauce that goes great with anything from steak, pork, lamb but even fish pairs nicely with it.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard (not coarse)
- 10 tbsp olive oil (highest quality you can find)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with the fork.
- The yellow mustard should emulsify it without needing a blender. You’re done.
Notes:
- Keep refridgerated and airtight to keep the olive oil from spoiling.
- Consider making smaller batches more often, for example by using teaspoons instead.
