Pork Rind Mozzarella Sticks

  1. Cut the Mozzarella into sticks if you don’t have pre-formed sticks
  2. Grind the pork rinds into fine crumbs or powder
  3. Mix the cream and the eggs in a bowl, add some salt if you like
  4. Dip the sticks into the cream and then cover them in the pork rind crumbs (similar to a breading procedure)
  5. Heat up a pan with either lard or beef tallow
  6. Fry the mozzarella sticks on medium heat until they turn golden-brown
