  1. Heat the milk in the pan until it is warm (test with your finger, it should feel hot but not painful).
  2. Add the gelatine and the sweetener. Stir until they are fully dissolved in the milk.
  3. Take the pan off of the heat and stir the cream in.
  4. Add the salt and the vanilla/vanillin.
  5. Pour the liquid into your moulds or glasses.
  6. Let them cool a bit at room temp. Then transfer to the fridge to set fully. (at least two hours, best to leave overnight).
  7. If you want to add the berry sauce, let the berries boil in your pan with 1/3 cup of water for 1 minute. Take them off the heat and add sweetener to taste. Let it cool a bit before pouring the berry sauce over the panna cotta.
