Ingredients
- 10 sheets of gelatine or 4 tsp of powdered gelatine
- 1.5 cup of whole milk
- 1/3 cup of allulose or sweetener of your choice
- 1.5 cup of heavy cream
- vanilla extract or vanillin
- pinch of salt
- berries (optional)
Directions
- Heat the milk in the pan until it is warm (test with your finger, it should feel hot but not painful).
- Add the gelatine and the sweetener. Stir until they are fully dissolved in the milk.
- Take the pan off of the heat and stir the cream in.
- Add the salt and the vanilla/vanillin.
- Pour the liquid into your moulds or glasses.
- Let them cool a bit at room temp. Then transfer to the fridge to set fully. (at least two hours, best to leave overnight).
- If you want to add the berry sauce, let the berries boil in your pan with 1/3 cup of water for 1 minute. Take them off the heat and add sweetener to taste. Let it cool a bit before pouring the berry sauce over the panna cotta.
Note:
- Shelf life in the fridge is about a week.
