Ingredients
- 1 pound or 450g of minced beef
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 Lyoner sausage
- 100g Cheese of your choice
- 10g Butter
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°c (350°F)
- Cook your minced meat and season it to your liking
- Rub your oven dish with butter
- Press the minced beef into the oven dish
- Beat your eggs and pour them on top of the beef
- Add slices of Lyoner on top
- Add a layer of cheese to your liking
- Bake for half an hour
Note:
- The mince throws off a little liquid, you can pour it into a cup and drink it.
- Serve with a side of greek yoghurt to cut the richness.
