Ingredients
- 100g of 100% sugar free chocolate
- 100g of Butter
- 100g of either clarified tallow, pork fat or coconut fat (or a mix of these)
- 1 to 3 tsp of Stevia (or another sweetener)
- Vanillin or vanilla extract
- Walnuts, pistacchios, etc. (optional, if you like your chocolate to be crunchy)
- Sea salt (also optional)
Directions
- To start, slowly melt the chocolate, butter, and fat in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once completely melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Taste the chocolate to ensure it is sweet enough for your liking.
- If you desire, now is the time to stir in nuts, whether whole or chopped.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into your chosen mold, ensuring you use either silicon or parchment paper for easy removal once hardened. For an extra touch, consider sprinkling sea salt on top.
- Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow it to harden. Enjoy your delicious homemade treat!
