  1. Grate the cheese and combine it with the ground meat, egg and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Heat the fat in the pan. To test if the fat is hot enough, add a pinch of the burger mixture and wait for bubbles to form around it. Once the fat is ready, shape the burger patties and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
