If you’re looking to switch things up from the usual plain ground meat or basic patties, these easy cheeseburger patties are the perfect choice for you.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of ground beef (the fattier the better)
- 100 grams of salty cheese (i do use 50g hard cheese and 50 grams of very creamy cheese)
- one egg or two egg yolks
- seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper…)
- tallow, butter or ghee
Directions
- Grate the cheese and combine it with the ground meat, egg and seasoning in a bowl.
- Heat the fat in the pan. To test if the fat is hot enough, add a pinch of the burger mixture and wait for bubbles to form around it. Once the fat is ready, shape the burger patties and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Notes:
- For an added touch of flavor, serve the patties with butter Mayo or cream cheese with lemon juice.
