A simple and quick dessert very high in good fats.

- 🍳 Cook time: 5 min
- 🍽️ Servings: ~3-6
- 🔪Tools: small pot, spatula or whisk
Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, I recommend Mascarpone
- 125g good quality butter
- 2.5 heaping tbsp of cacao (ensure it is low in heavy metals)
- Stevia or allulose to sweeten
- Sprinkle of salt (optional)
- Vanillin or vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Put the pan on very low heat. Add the butter. Wait until fully melted.
- Add the cacao powder, salt, sweetener and vanillin/vanilla.
- Mix until fully dissolved.
- Add the cream cheese/mascarpone.
- Mix until fully dissolved.
- Either eat while still warm or put it in the fridge to cool if you prefer it cold.
Note:
- This can be stored quite long so consider doubling the quantity if you want.
- After cooling off, you can put a lid on the pot and store it directly in the fridge.
- You can add in other spices if you want like cinnamon or maybe some berries.
- Don’t overeat! This is very calorie dense. Almost pure fat.
