Carnivore Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 24oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Monk fruit
- 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed berries
Directions
- Gradually add the eggs while blending everything together.
- Line an 8x8 square baking dish or similar with parchment paper.
- Pour in the prepared mixture.
- Bake at 320F (160C) for about 25 minutes until set.
