Carnivore Bechamel sauce

This Bechamel sauce is creamy, thick and delicious. It’s great to use for a Carnivore Lasagna or simply as a sauce to accompany meat.

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and cream cheese over medium heat while stirring or whisking constantly.
  2. Add the heavy cream and whisk until it starts to simmer.
  3. Remove from the heat and add salt and nutmeg.
  4. Let it cool off for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Ready to consume
