Bone Marrow Ice Cream

The bone marrow is optional if you prefer a “normal” low carb ice cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients either with a whisk or with a blender on low.
  2. If you have an ice cream maker, put your mixture in there and follow instructions.
  3. If you don’t have an ice cream maker pour your ingredients in a frozen bowl, stir it well and return it back to the freezer.
  4. Repeat step #3 every 30 minutes until the mixture is fully frozen, keep stirring and freezing.
