The bone marrow is optional if you prefer a “normal” low carb ice cream.

Ingredients
- 600ml cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup of raw bone marrow
- 1-2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- other aromatics of your choice like cinnamon, cacao powder (optional)
- Maple syrup to taste or sweetener of your choice like Stevia/Xylitol (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients either with a whisk or with a blender on low.
- If you have an ice cream maker, put your mixture in there and follow instructions.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker pour your ingredients in a frozen bowl, stir it well and return it back to the freezer.
- Repeat step #3 every 30 minutes until the mixture is fully frozen, keep stirring and freezing.
Note:
- Will last a long time if kept frozen.
- Experiment with aromatics of your choice.
