Berry Cream is a delicious ketogenic dessert made out of only three ingredients. It is very easy and quick to prepare.

- 🔪Tools: a jar for the dessert, a pan, a teaspoon
Ingredients
- 100 grams of crème fraîche
- 35 grams of berries of your choice
- 3 tsp of allulose (or another ketogenic sweetener)
Directions
- Boil the berries in the pan for three minutes, add two teaspoons of allulose and stir it well. If you want more of a creamy texture, you can mix the berry sauce at this point.
- In your jar combine one teaspoon of sweetener with the crème fraîche.
- Pour your berry sauce over the sweet crème fraîche. If you want the dessert to be more fancy, you can make several layers of crème fraîche and berry sauce. It also looks very nice if you stir them together in a glass jar.
- You can either eat the dessert like this or store it in the fridge to enjoy later.
Notes
- If you want it to be more like ice cream, put the jar in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- You can store this dessert in the fridge for a week, just put the lid on the jar. You can store it for a long time by putting it in the freezer. Take it out at least 30 minutes before eating.
